Business Case

Most AI training in regulated enterprises is theatre. A two-hour talk, a hyperscaler logo, a slide deck nobody opens again. The hard part is everywhere else: turning an AI capability into something a customer pays for, inside the reality of an established organisation.

I run a different kind of program built around real growth initiatives from your pipeline, with the people who actually own delivery in the room.

I work mostly with financial servies, insurers, energy operators and industrial Mittelstand across DACH and the UAE.

Executive AI Briefing — half day

A focused, off-the-record session for an executive committee or board. We work through where AI realistically creates value in your business, what your peers are actually shipping (and what's smoke), and what the next 12 months should look like. Honest, opinionated, no slideware.

For: Vorstand, GF, supervisory boards, leadership
Format: half day, on-site or remote, up to 15 people

AI Execution Workshop

AI Execution Workshop

A working session for the leadership team that owns AI delivery. We take two or three real initiatives from your pipeline and stress-test them against the things that actually kill enterprise AI: data access, compliance review, vendor lock-in, governance, change management. You leave with a sharper roadmap and a clear view of what each initiative needs to survive contact with the organisation.

For: CIO, CDO, Head of Innovation, Head of AI and their direct reports
Format: 1–2 days, on-site, up to 15 people

AI Leadership Programme — 6–12 weeks

A structured programme for a cohort of 15–30 senior leaders inside one organisation. Five to seven sessions over six to twelve weeks, combining short input modules with work on your own initiatives between sessions. By the end, your leadership team shares a common language for AI execution, a clear operating model for how AI initiatives move from idea to production, and a portfolio of stress-tested cases.

For: leadership groups across business, IT, risk, compliance and data
Format: 6–12 weeks, hybrid, custom-built per client

What changes after we work together

Shared understanding Faster decisions. Initiatives that actually ship.

A shared language for AI

Your top team stops talking past each other. Business, IT, risk and data hold the same picture of what's worth doing — and what isn't.

Faster, better decisions

Your leaders see the patterns earlier — where data, governance and integration questions need to land, and in what order. Decisions that used to take quarters get made in weeks.

A roadmap you can fund

You leave with a sequenced plan that finance, IT and risk can all sign off on. Not a vision, but a plan with owners, milestones and money attached.

Common Questions

Who is this actually for?

Executive committees, supervisory boards, and the leadership teams that own AI, growth or new-business mandates — typically CIO, CDO, Head of Innovation, Head of AI, and their direct reports. Most of my clients are in financial services, insurance, Sparkassen and energy.

Are programmes off-the-shelf?

No. Every engagement is built around your initiatives, your constraints and your people. The frame is repeatable, the content is yours. We use real cases from your pipeline, not generic examples.

Do you deliver in German and English?

Both. Most of my work in DACH runs in German; international and UAE engagements run in English. Mixed-language groups are fine — I'll adapt.

How much lead time do you need?

A half-day Executive Briefing can usually be scheduled within four to six weeks. Workshops and Leadership Programmes are typically eight to twelve weeks out, including scoping and prep. If something is more urgent, ask — I'll tell you honestly what's possible.

What does it cost?

Fixed fee per format, scoped to your audience and depth. Send me a short brief — audience, topic, format, location — and I'll come back with a written proposal within a few days.

Can a workshop lead into a Consulting engagement?

Often. Many clients use a workshop to align their leadership team and then bring me in to lead delivery on one or two of the initiatives we shaped. The workshop is also the lowest-risk way to see how I work before committing to anything bigger.

What if we need to reschedule?

Things move in large organisations. Workshops can be rescheduled up to two weeks ahead at no cost; closer to the date we'll find a fair solution. Programmes are planned with built-in slack precisely because real calendars never survive contact with a quarter-end.
