Together with banks and insurers, I build the process to find, evaluate and launch new businesses and AI products: the Realistic Future Process. It replaces reactive, one-off initiatives with structure and creates buy-in across the entire organization.
Hi, I am Nicolas Kittner.
I work with banks and insurers on one question: how new businesses and AI products get from idea to board decision to launch. My answer is the Realistic Future Process.
At LVM, the process runs as LVM Xplore and delivered four new businesses in its first year. Before that: App Sparkasse, Germany’s largest banking app with more than 20 million customers, and Enpal’s mobile customer touchpoints from zero to unicorn valuation. Always inside the organization, with its legacy IT, compliance and governance.
